Power Swift Mobile was started on February 2016. We started with just two idea in mind. Repairing devices and great customer service. That went so well we start adding other services to our location. After our 2nd year, we decided to open our 2nd location in Nottingham. That one was also a hit. In 2020, we decided to move that location over to Kingsville to increase traffic. So far we are doing pretty well. We will continue to provide top notch service for all your devices for years to come.
Over the years, we have accumulated a lot of knowledge. We have created a network with many talented minds to help bring you the one stop shop for all your repair and device needs. We have partnered with some of the best repair techs in the industry to bring fixes that many repair shops stay away from.
We have repaired over 10,000 devices. We have the most experience and technical knowledge around. That is why we are one of the leading repair facilities in Harford and Baltimore County. We also have great turnaround for most devices. Most standard repairs take less than 1 hour, with most iPhone repairs being completed within 30 minutes. We also pride ourselves in stocking many Samsung parts. We are one of the only ones that keep them in stock. We also provide an outstanding warranty with all the devices we sell and repair.

We have all the necessary chargers and cables to repair your device. If possible, back your device up before repair.
We accept many forms of payment including:

There are couple different warranty policies
- Samsungs, iPads, custom orders, and other repairs come with 90 day warranty
- We now offer 3 different options for iPhone screen repairs. Depending on your choice warranty will vary.
- With our Aftermarket Plus and OEM screens we provide a 90 day warranty
- With our Aftermarket Budget quality screens, we provide a 45 day warranty
- All other repairs come with a 90 day limited warranty.
Unfortunately there are defects sometimes. We have a very low defect rate but as with any solution, some mishaps are bound to happen. That is why we offer industry leading warranty on our work.
On iPhones and iPad repairs we will cover anything that is not broken glass. If the screen randomly goes blank, if there are touch issues and anything in between we will cover it free of charge.
Other repairs are subject to case by case basis, but usually we will replace the part again if it's causing any issues.
Water damaged repairs are void from our warranty. As we all know, water and electronics do not mix. Due to high rate of failure because of lasting effects of corrosion, we are not at fault if the device does stops working. We only complete these repairs if you accept these terms.

Apple has locked down many of their devices. Starting from the 5S to 8 plus, the home button is not replaceable without losing the fingerprint functionality. With the X and newer there are several components linked together that cannot be changed or it causes the Face ID to not function. If the ear piece speaker/dot projector/front camera stop working, it will cause the Face ID to not work any more. On the 11 and newer, Apple has implemented matching the battery to the board. So even when we swap OEM batteries from a brand new phone, it will recognize it as a genuine battery due to it not having the same serial as the original. Apple has also put a message on the display if the screen has been replaced on iPhone 11 and newer. This is the same situation as the battery. If we replace the screen from a brand new Apple device, it will still show this message. This goes away after 4 days. Unfortunately, PSM being a third party service provider, we cannot bypass these limitations that Apple has put on us.
Buying a phone faq
We take pride in locating and sourcing our inventory. We take a lot of time testing and putting care into inspecting and making sure your device functions the way it should.
Our 60 day limited warranty covers any natural defects that can occur in the device. No physical damage is covered under this warranty. Getting a replacement device does not restart your initial warranty
We offer a 7 day return policy on device purchases. Between 8 and 30 days you can exchange your device for another device if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Most of our devices are unlocked for any carrier unless otherwise stated. Unlocked devices can work on any network. But some specific devices do not work on Verizon due to it not having the CDMA bands. Please let us know if you need a specific device when purchasing.
It comes with a compatible OEM charger and cable.
Buying preowned is great for many reasons. Some reasons include much lower cost than buying a brand new device from a carrier. Need more storage? It does not cost as much to get a bump. It also helps keep devices out of landfills and gives new life to otherwise great pieces of equipment.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide services or SIM cards. You will need to switch the SIM card over from your old phone or take it to your carrier to get it activated.
Selling a device faq
We will need your ID. Please restore your device before you come in. We do not need any accessories for the device.
