Terms and conditions

Our company's terms of service, which is provided to the customers as they buy our repair or services. These terms are binding but are not limited to the information outlined below; between our company Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com and the customer.

Payment

All the charges/payments are non-refundable. Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com has the right to change the charges or fees for one or all the services. Moreover, according to the changes in the market, new charges can be added as well.

Modifications to the terms and conditions

Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com can change terms and conditions of service occasionally. In case of changes, Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com will inform the customer through call/text/email where customer purchased our repair or services. Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com has the right to add, modify or discontinue any service without prior notice to the clients. Other than Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com, any third party has no right to modify or discontinue our services. If a customer uses our services, it means the customer agrees to our terms and conditions and agrees to our modification policy as well.

Privacy Policy

Our relationship with our customers is greatly appreciated. Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com is committed to practicing responsible information handling. We try our best to protect the personal information of our customers. We also comply with all privacy laws, and our internal privacy policy is also very strict. As part of our business, we may collect our customers' personal information. The information we collect can be customers' contact information, comprising of name, postal address, email address, and contact number. Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com has the right to use the images related to our customers devices on different social media platforms for marketing.

Customers reserve the right to request to remove his/ her images that are used on social media platforms for marketing purposes.

Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com can and will occasionally contact customers to inform them about the new services and promotional activity. Customers have the right to unsubscribe from the notifications at any time.

Back-up data is the customer's responsibility. Pixel Fixer and its venders will not responsible for backing up/restoring/removing or replacing personal data.

Acceptance of Terms and Condition 

By accepting our terms and conditions, customers also agree before they contact Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com for the servicing of the device, it is the responsibility of the the customer to back up all of the data on the device, either its the disk drive of computer, phone or any storage device attached, detached or internal. Data can be in the form of any information, files or software or software licenses installed on the device. The customer will remove all detachable components from the device, including any and all accessories, cases, stickers etc - we are no responsible for lost, misplaced items that are not the device being serviced. When customers purchase repairs or services from Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com, the customer agrees that Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com and its third-party service providers will not be responsible for loss, disclosure and alteration of data under any circumstances. In case of any damage or alteration to data Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com and its service provider will not be held responsible.

Device Storage

    If a customer uses Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com  for a repair, diagnostic or network unlock etc but does not come back for the device within 30 days, even though Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com has informed the customer of such status, such as completed or repaired/not repairable. If that where the case, we have the right to dispose/recycle or resale the device to recoup lost time, wages and profit, and Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com will not take any responsibility for failure to retrieve a device that is deemed repaired and ready for pickup and or left due to non-payment. The customer has 30 days to return and claim device. This is outlined in check-in terms and condition on POS.

Contact Avenues

Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com will try to contact the customer through the contact methods provided by the customer at the time of check-in such as email, text message, calls and social media. If we have numbers, addresses or contact information for anyone but the customer, we will make an attempt to contact them, in order to pass a message along to the customer in question. If you drop off a device and leave another persons contact information behind, we will assume this person has the power and ability to pickup your device if its repaired. Please be advised.


Limitations of Service

Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com will not be responsible for any delay in service due to reasons that are not in the company's control. Such as shipment delays, shipment damages, shipment theft or misplacement of package with parts needed to complete service. Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com and its third-party service providers reserve the right to continue service of device, even with delay. 


Indemnifications

Customer agrees to protect, defend and hold Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com and any third party affiliates (such as directors, officers, agents and employees/contract employees, 3rd party venders such as data recovery specialists, microsoldering specialists) of our company from all losses, charges, responsibilities, damages, actions, causes of actions, suits, claims, demands, security interests, judgments, settlements, and other expenses (which may include attorney's fee, cost of defense and settlement) of any damage or destruction of property, injury ( including death) to single person or persons, which are asserted against, imposed upon or suffered by Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com reason of, or arising from breach of agreement by a customer, violation of any copyright, patent or any trade secret by customers. Failure to pay charges to Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com and its third parties. Failure to comply with ordinances, laws and regulations. An act of customer (its officers, agents, directors or employees)

All product and company names are trademarks of their respective holders. Power Swift Mobile is a third-party repair company and is not affiliated with any of the companies listed above or not listed.

Warranty

Apple iPhone Screen Replacement: 12 Month Warranty from pickup date (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

Apple iPad Screen Replacement: 12 Month Warranty from pickup date (physical damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

Samsung S/N series Screen Replacement: 12 Month Warranty from pickup date (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

Samsung A series Screen Replacement: 30 Day Warranty from pickup date with $60 warranty deductible (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

Motorola Screen Replacement: 30 Day Warranty from pickup date with $60 warranty deductible (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

LG Screen Replacements: 30 Day Warranty from pickup date with $60 warranty deductible (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

Google Pixel Screen Replacement: 30 Day Warranty from pickup date with $60 warranty deductible (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered)

Mobile Battery Replacement: 12 Month Warranty from pickup date (OLED/LCD damage is not covered if battery fails/water damage is present and or other physical damage; warranty is void)


Laptop Screen Replacement: 90 Day Warranty from pickup date with $60 warranty deductible (physical damage/water damage/LCD/OLED damage is not covered) 

Laptop Battery Replacement: 90 Day Warranty from pickup date with $60 warranty deductible

All software services come with no warranty. Software is not a warrant item and is out of our control if a problem happens down the road.

All iPhone & Samsung Back Glass repairs do not come with any warranty - please note the Back Glass used is aftermarket and not original quality and therefore the durability should not be expected to be the same as OEM

All water damage repairs ARE not covered under warranty.

All water damage repairs ARE not guaranteed.

All water damage services are non-refundable

All water damage services are performed for data recovery only - we do not warranty the functionality of the device after water damage data recovery service is performed and any parts used to restore functionality for data recovery.


All software services come with no warranty. Software is not a warranty item and is out of our control if a problem happens down the road. 

All tempered glass screen protectors come without a warranty and do not drop-proof your device

All accessories come without a warranty

All used device sales come without a warranty 


Termination


Customer and powerswiftmobile.com, both have the right to terminate the service by giving written (text or email) notice to the other party. Whosoever terminates the service; the customer cannot use the service once the notice is issued. After the termination of service, the customer will have no right, and Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com will not be responsible for anything that occurs after pickup of device.

Fraud

Pixel Fixer/powerswiftmobile.com will collect identifying information of each and every device checked into its system. This information could be used to issue warranty claims, future service requests or work with law enforcement if fraud is found to be at play. Furthermore, if a customer has a dispute with Pixel Fixer in any degree, the customer shall not submit a charge back claim with the credit card provider and use such terms as "Services not as described" or "Services not rendered" - Pixel Fixer will not return a device to a customer in a non-functional condition unless otherwise stated. Therefore, if the customer claims after the repair the services are not as described, this will would be considered fraud and we act with full force tom reclaim our funds, these methods can include but are not limited to; filing a civil court case in small claims court in the amount owed, blacklist the device IMEI until repayment is satisfied and by accepting these conditions you understand if your device is Blacklisted, it will never function on the network again and therefore
